The Indian kahwa

The Indian kahwa is very much inspired from the benefits of Arabian kahwa.

The Arabic kahwa recipe is nothing but a “special tea” with some spices like cinnamons,cardamoms and cloves. It is a very now n then drink for arbi’s , as they say the kahwa keeps their brain active , boost their physical performance and builds a body stamina to cope up with viral diseases.

The scientifically known benefits of kahwa include burning of excess fat, lower the risk of cancer,relives acidity , helps in respiratory illness and it is good for heart health also.

 Indian kahwa Recipe

Cooking Time : 5-7 mins
Preparation Time: 0
Serving : 4
Ingredients
  • Tea leaves — 1 teaspoon
  • Cardamoms — 5
  • Cinnamon sticks — 5cm
  • sugar — 3 teaspoon
  • Ginger — 1/2 inch
Method
  1. Crush the cardamom , cinnamon and ginger(after peeling of the cover) and add then in a pan.
  2. Add five cups of water in the pan and put it on a medium flame to boil.
  3. As the water become little warm , put 3 teaspoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of tea leaves in it. (If you are making the kahwa for weight loss purpose then instead of sugar you can add one teaspoon of honey).
  4. Allow the water to boil and changes it color. The tea leaves turns into light golden with fabulous aroma.
  5. Serve hot

 

How To Make kahwa Tea

The tea lovers can also take the benefits of kahwa with the taste of the tea. You just need to increasKahwa teae the quantity of the tea leaves by 2 teaspoon that is in the kahwa you are adding 1 tea spoon of tea leaves,then in the kahwa tea you need to add 3 teaspoon tea leaves. And of course you have to reduce the waters , so you can add milk.
So the recipe will be as follows:

  2. Add 2.5 cups of water in the pan and put it on a medium flame to boil.
  3. As the water become little warm , put 3 teaspoon of sugar and 3 teaspoon of tea leaves in it.
  4. Once the water gets boil and changes it color. The tea leaves turns into light golden with fabulous aroma , now put 2.5 cups of milk in the pan
  5. Enjoy the slip of hot and healthy tea.
